Strange Flavour Dressing
$12, 240g

Little bit strange. Big on flavour. Just like us. Our strange flavour dressing. To be administered with wanton indulgence on your lettuce, doused with reckless abandon across your green beans, extravagantly engaged alongside spaghetti, generously garnishing your generic Greens. Its ability to elevate in flavour will astound. A rich and flavoursome dressing made from spice infused-soy sauce and sesame paste.

Lagoon Spiced Salt
$8, 50g

Any deep-fried goodness is going to benefit from our spice salt. Hot tip: keep it in the cupboard for flavour emergencies and take it with you next time you visit the local fish and chip shop. In fact, best to keep some about your person at all times! Ground toasted spices with salt, sugar, and EMM ESS JEE - good for chips, fried chicken, grilled veggies, and charcoal roasted things.

Lagoon Dining Hot Sauce
$12, 150ml

Hot without burning, flavoursome without overpowering - a compliment to many things (everything, really). Get some. A combination of lacto-fermented long red chilli, birds eye chilli, scud chilli, chilli powder, garlic, ginger and lemongrass.

Garlic Oil
$12, 240g

Garlic oil. It’s powerful stuff. We roughly peel garlic from Main Ridge Garlic Company before roughly blitzing it and then slowly cooking it in vegetable oil. It brings bland boiled broccoli to life, it ignites eggs any way; it makes the drab dazzle and the tasteless twinkle with flavour. Drizzle it on anything and enjoy its transformative effects. An excellent condiment for the home kitchen: remember to shake jar well. Use to dress steamed or stir-fried veggies, season rice, dress your eggs, to garnish.

XO Sauce
$18, 240g

Taking its name from XO (extra old) cognac, this sauce is made of premium dried scallop, prawns, anchovies, shallots, garlic, and chilli. Made slightly different from kitchen to kitchen, there is a certain amount of variety to this eponymous Hong Kong classic. We are pretty happy with ours and reckon you will be, too! Great for stir-fried veg of all colours and stripes, with steamed or fried rice, and makes very, very good friends with scrambled eggs.
